摘要
通过对某发动机缸盖燃烧室密封性超差情况的统计分析,找到了影响该燃烧室密封性超差的主要原因,进而查找到影响该气门座密封带泄漏的原因。从工艺上对该气门座密封带泄漏的原因进行了分析和总结,并通过具体的试验研究得出了一些有关气门座气密性影响因素的结论及这些影响因素最终对发动机的性能是否会产生影响的看法,并对缸盖气密性的质量控制提出了一些建议。
Through the statistic analysis for out of tolerance of an engine head combustion chamber,the main reason influencing the sealing performance of combustion chamber was found,and the reason caused valve seat sealing surface leakage was found also.The reason of valve seat leakage was analyzed from the technical process point of view.Some conclusions related to influencing sealing performance of valve seat,and some opinions of these factors to influence engine performance are obtained finally. Some suggestions for quality control of cylinder head sealing was given.
