摘要
针对传统电机采用单片机控制的一些不足,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的交流电机转速控制系统的软件设计方法,并介绍了PID控制算法的设计。该设计采用虚拟仪器突破了传统仪器在数据处理、显示、存储等方面的限制,并能实时地对采集的数据进行分析和处理,最后达到对电机的转速实现控制的目的。该系统具有界面友好、人机交互性强、编程简单、操作方便、控制效果好等优点。
Aiming at the lack of the rev control using single chip in tradition,this paper presented a software design method of rev control system based on virtual instrument for alternating current (AC) electromotor and introduced the design of PID control algorithm.The design adopting virtual instrument broke through traditional instrument's limit at data processing, displaying, storing and can deal with the data in real time. Finally, the aim of controlling electro-motor's rev was achieved. This system has advantages of having fine interface, programming easily,manipulating conveniently with good control effect.
