摘要 研制了一种低功耗、电池供电的无线数字温度传感器。此传感器以PIC16F73单片机、数字温度传感器DS18B20、单片射频收发芯片nRF901为核心,工作频率433MHz,测温范围-400℃~85℃,分辨力为0.0625℃,测温精度0.5℃,静态电流小于8μA,动态电流小于0.75mA,在市区环境中,可靠通信距离40m。 This paper introduced a digital wireless temperature sensor based on PIC16F73 microcontroller.digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and a single chip RF transceiver nRF901 with a low power consumption and a battery supply.The temperature test range is from - 40℃ to 85 ℃. Resolution is 0.0625℃ with precision of 0.5℃. Static state current is less than 8μA and dynamic current is less than 0.75mA. Reliable communication distance is 40m in urban area.
