目前中国高等级公路路面所用的基层材料已基本规格化和定型化,高速公路几乎全采用半刚性路面基层,其中水泥稳定碎石基层占了绝大部分。以南邓高速公路的水泥稳定碎石施工为例,通过对原材料、施工配合比、施工要点等进行研究和分析,总结出了一套水泥稳定碎石的施工工艺和质量控制办法,对高速公路水泥稳定碎石的施工具有一定的指导意义。

At present, base course materials used in the road surface of high grade highway has been normalized and standardized in our country. The highway almost adopts semi-rigid base, among them stabilized macadam-cement occupies overwhelming majority. The paper summarizes a kind of construction technology and manipulative method of construction quality through the analysis of crude material, proportion and key points in construction applied in Nandeng Expressway, which is constructed by the technology of stabilized macadam-cement. It has effect on the technology of stabilized macadam -cement applied in the construction of expressway.
