摘要
为研究高压电场下,自然对流蒸发器表面结霜的过程及电压等参数对该结霜过程的影响,对其在肋片式换热器的结霜过程进行了微细观可视化研究。实验中,在冷表面Tw=-14℃,湿空气温度为15℃至20℃,相对湿度为20%至90%,静电场电压0kV至40kV范围内,发现,受高压不均匀电场的作用,换热器铜管表面的结霜分布不均匀,高压电场有明显抑制结霜的作用。
In order to study the process of the first fonnatiom in the nature convection and the influence of the such as voltage and cold face temperature etc., the meso- scale visual ohecrvafion was conducted to investigate the cess of frost formation on fm evaporator.Under the paxameters of cold face temperature Tw = - 14℃, air temperature 15- 20℃, humidity 20% - 90%, high voltage 0 - 40kV, it is found that the face of evaporator copper pipes frost formation distributing is not uniform and the high voltage action can obviously restrain the frost formation.
