摘要
文章提出了电子对抗装备的发展要打破型号束缚，建立独立于型号研制体系之外的装备功能模块体系，并强调了“弹性母体”和装备三军通用化、多功能一体化的重要意义。最后提出了加快我军电子对抗装备发展的具体措施。
In this paper, the idea is put forward, that the development of EW equipment should break the bondage of the model, and the equipment function modular system which is independent of the model development system should be established. The importance of the ＂flexible model＂ and the common use and multi - function integration of equipment in all services is emphasized. At last, the concrete measures to speed up the development of EW equipment are advanced.
