Pharmacodynamic Study on Antipruritic and Anti-inflammatory Effect of Arnebia Root Antipruritic Pellet

目的:观察紫草止痒丸的止痒、抗炎作用。方法:磷酸组织胺致痒法,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法。结果:紫草止痒丸能明显提高豚鼠致痒阈及抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:紫草止痒丸具有止痒与抗炎作用。

Objective： To observe the antipruritic and anti- inflammatory effect of arnebia root antiprufitic Pellet. Method： Itch caused by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs and dimethly benzene results in external ear swelling in mouse. Result： amebia root elevate the antiprufitic pellet can obviously elevate the itch threshold of guinea pigs caused by histamine phosphate and can inhibit the external ear swelling degree induced by dimethly benzene in mouse. Conclusion： amebia root antiprufitic pellet has the effects of anti - inflammation and antiprufitic.
