Orthogonal Test for Optimization of Naphtha Extracting Procedure from Chinese Mosla Herb,Herb of haichow Elsholtzia

目的:探讨香薷挥发油提取的最佳条件。方法:以吸收度为指标,采用正交试验法,考察香薷挥发油提取的最佳条件。结果:香薷挥发油提取的最佳工艺为温浸4h,以4mL/min100g生药的蒸馏速度,蒸馏量为6倍时为最佳提取工艺。

Objective： To study the extractive methods of naphtha in Chinese Mosla Herb, Herb of Haichow Elsholtzia. Methods： Based absorbed degree and use orthogonal test designed to review the best condition of extracting. Results： The optimum extracting procedure for naphtha in Chinese Mosla Herb, Herb of Haichow Elsholtzia can be described as warmed dipped for 4 hours, using the distilled speed of 4mL/min 100g to distil and it＇ s the best time when distillation quantity has reached 6 times quantity.
