摘要
分析了一类非平稳主轴电流信号的特点,给出了一种基于主轴电流信号的数控加工过程中负荷辨识的方法,该方法利用趋势分析中循环平稳信号的特点,借助移动时间平均和校正预测控制算法,可直接面向控制.实验研究表明,基于该方法的加工过程负荷辨识可实现切深0.05 mm变化时有效分辨的能力.
The identification of cutting load during the NC process is very important in intelligent control, Analyzed the characteristics of a series cyclostationary signal, an approach to identification of cutting load from spindle motor current for purpose of machining has been provided in this paper, Focused on the analyzing one kind of unstable spindle motor current and propose a detail and viable identification idea of cutting load message, Which is based on the trend analysis and prediction correcting model and orienting to real-time control, with the time slip averaged and prediction correcting algorism, it can be used directory in control. The experimental and analytical results demonstrate that the method of prediction correcting for mill-processing real time controlling is a rapid response. The 0, 05 mm cutting high can be identified precisely.
