摘要
通过对6根高强轻集料钢筋混凝土梁和1根普通钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯试验,研究了高强轻集料钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯承载力、荷载-挠度变化关系、破坏形式、延性和抗裂性能等抗弯力学行为.试验结果表明:在短期荷载作用下,高强轻集料钢筋混凝土梁的挠度和最大裂缝宽度均满足正常使用极限状态的要求.纯弯段无腹筋的高强轻集料钢筋混凝土梁在破坏时表现出较强的脆性,延性要比同一强度等级普通混凝土梁略差.在试验分析的基础上,提出适用于高强轻集料钢筋混凝土梁的抗裂度计算方法.
The flexural tests were carried out on six reinforced high-strength lightweight concrete beams and one reinforced normal-weight concrete beam. The flexural mechanical behaviors, such as failure mode, load-deflection, ductility and crack patterns, were studied. The results show that highstrength lightweight concrete beams can satisfy the service-ability requirements of short-term deflection and maximum crack width. Reinforced high-strength lightweight concrete beams without stirrup and compression reinforcement show the strong brittleness at destruction. And reinforced highstrength lightweight concrete beam is less ductile as compared with the normal-weight concrete beam of the same concrete strength. From the test results, the calculation method for crack resistant bending moment is proposed.
