摘要
以交易成本理论和博弈论作为理论基础,构建了设备维护外包的定量决策模型,具体讨论了三种情况下外包企业和承包商对策的混合策略问题:垄断的外包市场,充分竞争的外包市场和战略联盟.针对设备维护九种外包策略,构成企业设备维护外包决策示例,并相应地进行了分析,结果显示,该决策分析方法能够有效地进行合理的外包决策.
An outsourcing decision making model for equipment maintenance is put forward, based on transaction cost and game theories, which discusses the following three mixed games between outsourcer and contractors： a. monopolistic outsourcing market; b. competitive outsourcing market and c. strategy alliance. Also, an outsourcing decision making example of equipment maintenance is given out and analyzed correspondingly, which includes nine outsourcing strategies. The results show that the method of decision analysis can be applied to make outsourcing decision effectively.
