摘要
目的:观察肢体负压治疗糖尿病下肢闭塞性动脉粥样硬化症的疗效.方法:采用XBP-20A型正负压四功能治疗机对42例(共83个肢体)糖尿病下肢闭塞性动脉粥样硬化症行肢体负压治疗,用阻抗血流图仪检测下肢血管弹性、血管阻力及血流量作治疗前后对照.结果:治疗后患肢血管弹性、血管阻力明显改善(P<0.05),血流量显著增加(P<0.01).结论:在肢体负压作用下,下肢血管被动扩张,血容量及血流量增加,从而改善肢体的血液循环.
Objective: In order to investigate the effects of limb negative pressure on diabetes occlusive atherosclerosis in lower extremity. Methods: Multiple function positive negative pressure therapeutic instrument (XBP 20A type) was applied to treat the 42 cases (83 limbs) with diabetes occlusive atherosclerosis in lower extremity. A series of index, which obtained by the means of rheoplythysmography, including the elasticity and resistance of treated leg blood vessels and local blood volume were measured before and after treatment, respectively. Results: After treatment finished, the elasticity and resistance of treated leg has improved ( P <0.05), and local blood volume increased significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Limb negative pressure caused the vilation of leg vessels and increase of blood capacity and blood flow volume of leg, which resulted in improvement of blood circulation.
