Discussion on the Reform of Hospital Supporting Service in China

随着我国改革的进一步深入,医院后勤管理的改革已经成为一个重要的课题。深化医院后勤改革具有重要的现实意义,医院后勤工作具有服务专业技术性、服务过程连续性、服务结果经济性等基本特点。医院后勤改革的思路,一是要改革现有医院后勤管理体制;二是医院后勤需要服务社会化;三是医院后勤管理要树立服务与效益并重的基本理念。

Along with the reform and opening policy in China, the reform of hospital supporting service is becoming a very important issue. In fact, it is significant to deepen the reform of the service in hospital. The service in hospital is a technical, consecutive, economic one, so the reform of service in hospital should pay attention to the following： firstly, the service management system should be changed; secondly, the service be socialized; and thirdly, the service should pay equal attention to service and benefit.
