成纤维细胞生长因子促进小鼠皮肤创伤愈合的研究 被引量:1

摘要 于小鼠背部皮肤制成手术切割伤口,实验组外敷成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblastgrowthfactor,FGF)溶液(含FGF300μg/ml,肝素100μg/ml)0.5ml,对照组敷生理盐水0.5ml,无菌纱布包扎,每日一次。术后1、3、5、7、10d观察伤口愈合情况。结果显示,实验组毛细血管和成纤维细胞较对照组明显增生,并提前2~3d达高峰,表明FGF强有力地促进肉芽组织增生和伤口愈合。 Wounds were made in the mouse back skin by operative cuts. Each wound in the experimental animals was covered with 0.5 ml fibroplast growth factor (FGF) solution(containing FGF 300 μg/ml, heparin 100 μg/ml). Whereas each wound in the control animals was covered with 0.5 ml 0.9% NaCl solution. All these wounds were packed by sterilized gauze, and the wounds were treated one time a day with the method stated previously. On the 1,3,5,7 and 10th day after operation, the healing station of the wounds were observed separately. The result showed the capillaries and fibroblasts of experimental group were markedly proliferated and reached the peak 2 3 days earlier than the control group. It suggested that FGF promoted the proliferation of granulation tissue and wound healing powerfully.
