无张力疝修补术在急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝中的应用

Application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for acute strangulated inguinal hernia

目的探讨无张力疝修补术在急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝中的应用。方法对我院2000年1月～2004年12月行无张力修补术治疗急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝28例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组全部成功完成手术，平均手术时间为60min。术后疼痛3例，阴囊积液2例。随访1～6年未见复发病例。结论无张力疝修补术可以安全、有效地应用于急性嵌顿性腹股沟疝的病人。

Objective To explore the effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for acute strangulated inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with acute strangulated inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty between 2000 and 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were operated on successfully. The mean operative time was 60rnin. There were 3 cases of pain and 2 cases of scrotal hydrocele postoperatively. The follow-up period ranged from 1-6 years and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion Application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for acute strangulated inguinal hernia is safe and effective.
