摘要
在实际使用条件下,对火势、锅具大小和水温与家用燃气灶热效率的关系进行测试分析.测试结果表明:烧开水时,平均热效率为43%—52%;对于小锅,天然气流量与热效率呈现单调递减的关系,热效率最大值与最小值之比为1.6;对于大锅,天然气流量与热效率呈现马鞍形关系,天然气流量为0.1m3/h时热效率最高;大火时,家用燃气灶烧开水的一次能耗比电水壶大.
Some tests were made in order to find out the relation between the flow rate of natural gas and the thermal efficiency of home gas cookstove. The influences of the water temperature and the size of pan to the thermal efficiency have also been tested. The results show that the average thermal efficiencies of the gas cookstove in boiling water vary from 43% to 52%. The flow rate of natural gas has a more significant effect on the thermal efficiency in a smaller pan than in a larger pan. The lower the flow rate of natural gas is, the higher the thermal efficiency of the small pan is. The ratio of the maximum thermal efficiency to the minimum thermal efficiency is 1.6 for the small pan. The relationship curve between flow rate of natural gas and the thermal efficiency of big pan is saddle shape with the maximum of thermal efficiency at a flow rate of natural gas of 0. 1 m3/h. The primary energy consumption of boiling water with a gas cookstove in big fire condition is more than with a electricity water boiler.
