摘要
目的建立实验家兔遗传生化位点的同工酶醋纤膜电泳法并用此法对实验家兔的Adh(乙醇脱氢酶)等9个生化位点的等位基因分布进行分析测定。方法利用同工酶醋纤膜电泳法对实验家兔进行Adh等多个生化位点进行检测。结果Adh等5个生化位点呈多态性,各群体之间基因频率分布有差异。结论通过对现有远交系封闭群的实验家兔进行生化监测,反应出该种群同工酶的等位基因频率,根据等位基因频率判断其是否符合群体遗传平衡,适当地对某些等位基因加以扩大,以求达到远交系家兔种群的遗传稳定性。
Objective To establish a simple and convenient method for detection of nine alleles in rabbits (such as Adh etc.). Metheods Isozyme electrophoresis and cellulose acetate membrane technique were used to monitor the alleles in rabbits. Results There were 5 loci polymorphism and significant difference among the population. Conclusion A survey of alleles distribution was made at 11 genetic loci among 4 closed rabbit colonies using frequently in Beijing area. So we can expand some alleles to keep the gene stability.
