摘要
文章分析了移相全桥零电压PWM变换器的工作原理,并设计了一台12kW电力操作电源;建立了操作电源主电路和控制电路的数学模型,对电源进行了仿真并给出了开环对数频率特性,完成一台样机并进行了测试。仿真结果和样机测试结果证明设计方案可行,输出电压电流精度高,动态性能好,满足设计要求。
Based on analysis of the operating principle of phase-shifting full-bridge zero voltage PWM converter.a 12kW electric power supply was designed and tested. The simulation model of main circuit and control circuit of such a kind of power supply was built and the open-loop log frequency characteristics were obtained successfully. The simulation results shows that the design scheme is feasible and the high accuracy and dynamic characteristic of output voltage and current could meet design requirements completely.
