In this article, the author illustrates the risks in trading, management and techniques etc. faced in front of the futures companies after implementation of stock index futures business. Referenced from international practices, the author points out the overall considerations and ideas for domestic futures companies in terms of risk control, and gives some suggestions on listing of stock futures.
