The Evolvement,Issues and Countermeasures of Guangdong Industry Structure

产业结构变迁既是经济发展的必然要求,也是社会结构变动的重要特征。基于改革开放以来产业结构的总体回顾,广东总体上已进入工业化中期的快速发展阶段,但存在非均衡性偏差明显、仍受体制性约束、服务业发展不足等突出问题。“十一五”期间应着力从变革体制、规划格局、区域协作、调节差距等方面入手,实现广东产业结构的优化和经济社会健康发展。

The emphasis of industry structure is that it is destined for economic development and social evolvement. Evolvement of Industry structure is a must for economic development and a significant character of social structure transformation. A brief retrospect since China＇s reform shows that Guangdong has entered the accelerating period of medium-term industrialization, but is puzzled by its unbalance of structure, restriction of system and deficiency of service, which should be settled by system-transformation, structurearrangement, region-cooperation and gap-adjustment during ＂the eleventh five-year plan＂.
