摘要
泉州地方高等教育的发展要以组建泉州大学为契机,加强政府宏观调控,打破条块分割,整合资源,盘活资产,理顺体制,优化结构,形成合力,更好地发挥为区域经济社会发展的服务和支撑作用。
With constructing Quanzhou University as the chance, to strengthen macro adjustment and control by the government and to break the divisions in each other, then to integrate resources, activate assets, arrange systems, optimize structure and form a join foree,Quanzhou＇s local higher education would play better the role of service and support for regional economy and social development.
