摘要
关于“南少林”的研究取得一些成果,同时也存在不少疑惑,在研究过程中出现的关于“南少林”的确定标准并不科学,证据也缺乏说服力。本文从阐述少林寺以及佛教禅宗的发展的历史,以及少林寺在佛教禅宗发展中的地位入手,说明历史上所谓的“南少林”问题的提出可能是由于禅林中自我标榜领袖地位的产物。在没有新的证据出现之前,可以断定历史上福建地区确实没有“少林寺”的存在。在检讨了这一研究过程之后,对地方历史文化的研究中出现地方利益的错误诱导和狭隘的地方情结给予批判,使之回归实事求是的轨道。
The researches about "Southern Shao Lin"obtained certain achievements,but had a lot of doubts also. The standard to confirm "Southern Shao Lin"was not a scientific approach,and the proof was shortage in researching progress. From the description of developing history of Shao Lin Temple and Buddhist Dhyana,and of the position of Shao Lin Temple in the development of Buddhist Dhyana,the article explains that the problem of "Southern Shao Lin"was a product to blow his own trumpet for a leading status in Buddhist Temples. Before the appearence of new proof, may confirm there was no historical "Shao Lin Temple"in Fujian district. After criticizing the guide for local benefit and narrow local feeling knote in researching progress, the study of local history and culture has to return the orbit of seeking truth from the facts.
