摘要
随着高校人事制度改革的进一步深入,特别是教师职务聘任制的实施,建立符合现代人力资源管理的高校教师绩效评估制度已日益显示出迫切性和重要性,文章针对高校教师从传统考核到绩效评估过程中必须应对的几个问题进行探讨。
With the reform of personnel system in higher education institutions, especially during the implementation of college teachers' appointment systems, we have seen the increasing urgency and importance of teachers' performance assessment system to be established according to idea of modern human resource management. Thereby this paper will focus on the transition from traditional assessment system into performance assessment and the related problems.
