摘要
为寻找测定福辛普利钠的简便而实用的方法,建立了经氧瓶燃烧后,用孔雀绿.磷钼酸铵-聚乙二醇显色光度法测定蒙诺片剂中福辛普利钠含量的方法.测定线性范围为含磷量在1×10^-6~5×10^-6g/50mL,相关系数R=0.9998.测定片剂中福辛普利钠的含量与标示量比较,相对误差≤±0.8%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.44%(n=7).
In order to seek a simple and utility method for determination of the fosinopril, the method of determination of the fosinopril in Monopril tablets with combustion in oxygen-flask by spectrophotometry with malachite green-ammonium phosphomolybdate-PEG was established in this paper. The linear range was from 1 × 10^-6 -5 ×10^-6g/50mL (P), R=0. 999 8. The relative error which content of determination of the fosinopril in Monopril tablets was compared with scalar of tablets was less than 10.8%, and the RSD was 0.44% (n=7).
