H_3BO_3对SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+)、Dy^(3+)、Nd^(3+)长余辉发光材料性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了讨论H3BO3对S rA l2O4:Eu2+、D y3+、N d3+长余辉发光材料性能的影响,寻找最佳的H3BO3摩尔分数,采用燃烧法以尿素为还原剂在600℃下制备了掺入Eu2+、D y3+、N d3+的S rA l2O4长余辉发光材料.研究了不同摩尔分数的H3BO3对磷光体晶体结构、发光光谱、初始亮度和余辉性能的影响.结果表明:随着H3BO3量的增加激发和发射光谱“蓝移”,硼酸的最佳摩尔分数为0.08.可见H3BO3的含量对S rA l2O4:Eu2+、D y3+、N d3+长余辉发光材料的光学性质有很重要的影响. In order to discuss the effect of H3BO3 on properties of SrAl2O4: Eu^2+,Dy^3+,Nd^3+ long afterglow phosphor, search the optimum H3BO3 mole fraction, in this paper, Eu^2+, Dy^3+ and Nd^3+ co-doped strontium aluminate phosphor with high brightness and long afterglow was synthesized by combustion method using urea as reducer at 600℃. The influence on crystal structure, spectra, initial intensity and long afterglow of phosphors were researched with different mole fraction of H3BO3. The results indicate that spectra maxima shift to the blue with increasing the amount of H3BO3, and the optimum mole fraction of H3BO3 is 0. 08. Obviously, the amount of H3BO3 affect the luminescence properties of SrAl2O4: Eu^2+ ,Dy^3+ ,Nd^3+ long afterglow phosphor intensively.
