摘要
根据泵的汽蚀原理,结合给水泵的实际性能曲线建立了给水泵的汽蚀诊断模型.使用给水泵运行的过程参数(泵的转速、进口压力、出口压力等),该汽蚀模型可以实时计算泵的工作流量和汽蚀临界流量.以这两个量为基础,汽蚀诊断模型能实时预报给水泵的汽蚀状态.报警信号指导给水泵的过程控制系统进行相应处理以防止汽蚀故障的发生.诊断模型可以共享给水泵过程控制系统已经采集的过程参数,系统实现不改变分布式控制系统(DCS)的硬软件配置,可以在已有的DCS环境下实现.该汽蚀诊断模型结构比较简单,易于在DCS上实现,便于推广应用.
The paper establishes a cavitation model based on cavitation theory and the pump's actual performance curves. The cavitation model can calculate the real-time actual flow and the cavitation critical flow of the feed water pump using the process parameters (rotational speed, inlet pressure, outlet pressure etc). The two variables are used to forecast cavitation in feed water pump and send an alarm signal, which is used to guide the feed water pump's process control system to prevent cavitation. The cavitation model can share the process parameters acquired by the process control system. So the cavitation model can be implemented in the existing distributed control system (DCS) without changing its hardware and software configuration. The cavitation model is simple and can be easily implemented in DCS. And the model described in this paper will find wide application in plants where the feed pump is used.
