复方苦豆子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧气化物的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察复方苦豆子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响和抗脂质过氧化作用。方法 采用喂养高脂饲料的方法复制高脂血症大鼠模型,随机分组,实验10周后测定血脂水平、动脉粥样硬化脂数(面)、血清MDA及肝组织中TC、MDA的含量。结果与高脂模型相比,复方苦豆子颗粒组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL.C水平和动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)明显降低(P〈0.05-0.01),血清MDA含量显著降低(P〈0.01),且呈剂量依赖性;大剂量组可明显升高HDL-C含量(P〈0.05);复方苦豆子颗粒各剂量组肝组织TC无显著性差异(P〈0.05),中剂量可明显降低肝组织MDA水平(P〈0.05),小剂量组和大剂量组无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 复方苦豆子颗粒具有明显的调血脂、抑制脂质过氧化物MDA形成的作用。 Objective To observe the influence on the serum lipid level and anti-lipid perxidation effect of compound prescription Kudouzi granule on blood lipid metabolic disorder in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Adopting the hyperlipidemia rats fed with the high lipid diet and dividing randomly into guoups. After 10 weeks, the serum lipid, atherosclerosis index (AI), serum MDA, heparle TC ,and hepatic MDA were tested. Results Compared wkh the high lipid model group, Kudouzi granule compound prescription could obviously decrease the serum level of TC ,TG, LDL-C, MDA and atheroslerosis index (AI) (P 〈 0.05-0.01 ) and elevate the HDL-C level obviously( P 〈 0.05 )in high dose group , also indicated the dosage dependence. Hepatic TC of different dose groups did not have the significance difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Hepatic MDA level was obviously reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) in middle dose group, but did not have the significance difference (P 〉 0.05 )in low and high dose groups. Conclusion The compound prescription Kudouzi granule has orominent effect on regulating the serum lioid level and decreasinz the MDA level.
