摘要
采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定的方法对藏药甘松、翼首草进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。结果表明:通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图研究能够很好地鉴定原植物。
The original plant identification, morphological and histological identification , microscopic indentification, thin layer chromatography (TLC) were adopted to identify the original plants which used as Tibetan medicine Nardostachys chinensis Batal. and Pterocepha/us hooker/(C. B. Clarke)Huck. soas to provide the scientific evidence of identification and application. The results showed that these are good methods to indentify Nardostachys chinensis Batal. and Pterocepha/us hooker/(C. B. Clarke)Huck.
