摘要 目的 建立以水作溶剂的水系三波长.紫外分光光度法,用于测定水提物中黄芩苷的含量,使之与水煎煮法提取黄芩苷工艺的溶剂体系相兼容,评价从黄芩中浸提黄芩苷的工艺并实现终产品的质量控制,以满足工厂大批量在线检测的需求。方法 以水作溶剂的水系三波长.紫外分光光度法,有别于前人以甲醇作溶剂的三波长-紫外分光光度法,并进行了精密度实验,以验证方法的准确性。结果 水溶黄芩苷标准溶液在0.5—12.0μg/ml范围内,浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程:△A=0.032 77C-0.009 08,相关系数r=0.997 08,三组样品测得的相对标准偏差RSD〈2.1。结论 以水作溶剂的水系三波长-紫外分光光度法测定水提物中黄芩苷的含量是可行的,操作简便、快速、准确,可以广泛应用 于工业生产中,满足工业化需要,具有良好的应用前景。 Objective To establish the water dissolved method of three-wavelength UV spectrophotometry to determine baicalin content in water extraction of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods Using the water dissolved method of three-wavelength UV spectrophntometry, which differed from previous researches, then inspecting the accuracy by precision test. Results The range of linearity with concentration and absorbance of standard baicalin dissolved in water was between 0.5-12.0μg/ml, linearity relatiouship △A = 0.032 77C-0.009 08, correlativity was 0.997 08, RSD 〈 2.1. Conclusion The water dissolved method of three- wavelength UV speetrophotometry to determine baicalin content in water extraction of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi is advisable, simple, rapid, accurate and has bright future on analysis application.
