中药疏肝舒乳颗粒对实验兔的慢性毒性实验

摘要 目的观察中药疏肝舒乳颗粒(SGSR)在实验性家兔体内的慢性毒理作用极其器官组织的形态学变化。方法实验性雌性家兔12只随机分为4组,即正常对照及高、中、低剂量药物组,进行为期6个月的慢性毒理实验。其中3个给药组分别将12,6和3 m l药物(相当于生药240,120和60 g)同标准颗粒饲料分别混均后直接喂食高、中、低剂量组家兔,对照组每日给予等容量的生理盐水,观察各实验组及对照组各慢性毒理指标。结果SGSR对实验家兔的生长发育、体重增长、血液生化学以及各重要脏器的组织学结构均无不良影响。结论SGSR对实验家兔无明显慢性毒性反应,可在临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the chronic toxicity and the morphologie changes of organs of Shugan Shuru Granule (SGSR) on experimental rabbits in vivo. Methods Twelve female rabbits were divided into experiment groups and control group. Experiment group was divided into high, middle and low drug groups which were fed with 240,120 and 60 g of SGSR mixed with standard granule feedstuff respectively for half a year, while the control group was fed with normal saline mixed with standard granule feedstuff. The indexes of toxicity were observed in four groups respectively. Results The growth, weight, serum biochemical indexes and histological structures of main organs in all of the experimental rabbits were not affected by SGSR. Conclusion SGSR has no chronic toxicity on experimental rabbits and can be extended to application in clinic.
