摘要
目的 采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定复方小檗片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 用Kromasil色谱柱(51μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸二氢钾-十二烷基磺酸钠(500ml:500ml:3.0g:1.5g),流速:1ml·min^-1,柱温:40℃,检测波长为345nm。结果 在0.0212-0.2332μg之间,峰面积与进样量的线性关系为Y=3513 092.99X-15 938.76(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.22%。测得3批片剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为0.772,0.748,0.749mg/片。结论 所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于复方小檗片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine berberine from prescription of berberine. Methods The column were Kromasil (5μn,250 mm×4.6 ram) ,the mobile phase consisted of methyl cyanide:water: KDP: SDS(500 ml: 500 ml: 3.0mg: 1.5mg) ,the flow rate was 1 ml/min and the UV detector was set at 345 nm. Results The method displayed good linearity within the concentration ranges of 0. 021 2 - 0.233 2μg( r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 97.22%. The contents of three lots of prescription of berberine were 0.772, 0. 748,0.749 mg/pill. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, replicate and suitable for the determination of berberine in prescription of berberine.
