摘要
目的研究漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠影响。方法D-半乳糖制作小鼠衰老模型,比色分析法测定小鼠大脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide d ismutase,SOD)、单胺氧化酶(monoam ine oxidase,MAO)的活性及丙二醛(m alond-ialdehyde,MDA)的含量,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化。结果漏芦提取物可提高D-半乳糖所致大鼠脑组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量,抑制MAO活性;电子显微镜观察到漏芦提取物可以减轻D-半乳糖导致的线粒体等超微结构的改变。结论漏芦提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠具有抗衰老作用。
Objective To study the alcohol extract of Rhaponticum uniflorm( L. ) DC. in the senescem mice induced by D-galactose. Methods The senescent mice induced by D-galactose; the activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetric method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. Results Rhaponticurn uniflorm( L. ) DC. extract significantly increased the activity of SOD in brain tissue, decreased the coment MDA, inhibited the MAO activity, It was observed under microscope that: Rhaponticum uniflorm( L. ) DC. could retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. Conclusion Rhapontieum uniflorm( L. )DC. extract has antl-senile effect on D-galgctose induced senescent in mice,
