环氧化酶与发热 被引量：2

摘要 综述了环氧化酶(cyc looxygenase,COX)3种同功酶的生物学特性、在发热过程中的作用及与COX有关的发热的治疗,指出在COX的3种同功酶中,与发热关系密切的是COX-2,COX-1可能与发热的关系不大,而COX-3是否与发热有关,还很有争议。
