前列康颗粒提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Technology for Qianliekang Granule

目的探讨前列康颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以该品中主要成分总皂苷成分为工艺考察指标,选出最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为第1次煎煮2 h,第2,3次各1 h,加8倍量水。结论该制备工艺生产的质量稳定性好,工艺条件合理可行。

Objective To explore an optimal extraetion technology for Qianliekang Granule. Methods An orthogonal test method based on the content of total saponius was based to determine an optimal technology. Results The optimal extraction technology is to extraet for two hours the first time and for one hour the seeond and third time with eight times as mueh as water. Conclusion The quality produeed by the process eondition is stable and the teehnology is reasonable.
