健窦方治疗病态窦房结综合征临床观察

The Clinical Observations of Sinus-Strengthening Formula on Sick Sinus Syndrome

目的 总结自拟健窦方对病态窦房结综合征（SSS）的治疗效果。方法 分析病窦综合征以阳虚血淤为主证的43例，以健窦方为主随证加减治疗，服药20～120d。结果 基本治愈6例，显效14例，有效16例，无效7例。结论 提示健窦方对病窦综合征阳虚血淤型有一定疗效。

Objective To sum up curative effects of self - made Sinus - Strengthening Formula on Sick Sinus Syndrome （ thereaft- er SSS）. Methods To analyze 43 examples of SSS with main Zheng of Yang -lack and blood - stasis and to treat mainly by the Formula accordingly with the period from 20 to 120 days. Results 6 were almost cured, 14 with apparent effects, 16 with effects and 7 with no effects. Conclusion Sinus - Strengthening Formula has certain curative effects on SSS with main Zheng of Yang-lack and blood -stasis.
