摘要
以600 mL纸浆模塑快餐盒为例,选择浆料浓度、真空度、第1次抽真空时间和第2次抽真空时间4个因素,通过正交试验及其试验结果的分析,研究对双层成型纸浆模塑餐具成型工艺的影响因素。结果表明,第二次抽真空时间及浆料浓度对成型工艺显著影响,第一次抽真空时间和真空度对成型工艺影响不显著。
This study took the 600 mL paper module fast food and snack boxes as an example. The four factors, such as pulp strength, vacuum degree, the first absorbing vacuum time and the second absorbing vacuum time, were chosen for carrying out the orthogonal test. By analyzing the test results, the factors that influenced the shaping technology of double-deck molding paper module dishware were obtained. The results showed that the second absorbing vacuum time and pulp strength influenced the shaping technology greatly, while the first absorbing vacuum time and vacuum degree influenced the shaping technology trivially.
