摘要
在对铁路轨枕复合材料的复合特性、结构设计原则和加工工艺要求等研究的基础上,设计了4种铁路轨枕复合材料结构方案。其中层套式结构设计采用材料性能与成本层次递进的设计方法,在保证轨枕复合材料性能的同时,最大限度地降低了制品成本。
Four kinds of structure design schemes are presented based on the researches to the composite properties, structure design principles and processing techniques requirements of railway sleeper composites. Among the schemes, the layer jacketed method is realized by combining materials performance and cost layering method, which ensures the performance of railway sleeper materials and reduces the cost with highest possibility.
