摘要
结合余热锅炉省煤器的工况条件,用扫描电镜及EDS、X射线等方法分析省煤器炉管腐蚀原因。结果表明:其化学成份、抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率均符合标准要求,管材外表面局部腐蚀是因露点腐蚀造成,管材内表面受除氧水的作用均匀腐蚀。同时,根据实测的省煤器管壁数据得到腐蚀速率,计算省煤器管的剩余寿命。
Corrosion analysis of economizer tube is investigated by SEM and EDS,X-ray etc with the condition of boiler economizer. The results are follows: chemical composition,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation accord with standard, part corrosion of outside is dew point corrosion, equable corrosion of inside is brought by deoxidized water. At the same time, calculate corrosion velocity by actual thickness data and residual lifetime.
