摘要
粘杆菌素是一类对革兰氏阴性致病菌具有很强体外抗性的多肽抗生素,能治疗由多重耐药性病菌引起的多种疾病。文中简要介绍硫酸粘杆菌素在组织内分析方法,综述了其在动物或囊性纤维性变病人体内的吸收、分布、消除等主要药物代谢动力学过程以及药效学。
Colistin is a polypeptide antibiotic with significant activity in vitro against some multi-resistant gram-negative pathogens. The analytical method used for measuring the concentration of colistin （ base or sulphate） and colistin methanesulphonate in biological fluid was briefly introduced. This review presented the major pharmacokinetic processes, such as absorption, distribution and renal elimination, and the pharmacodynamics of colistin in different animals and patients with cystic fibrosis （CF）.
