摘要
干扰素具有广谱抗病毒、抗肿瘤的活性以及强大的免疫调节作用,现已成为病毒学、细胞学、分子生物学、临床医学、免疫学、肿瘤学等相关领域的研究热点。本文就干扰素基因结构、作用机理及其基因工程等方面研究进展作一综述。
Interferon is a crutical cytokine. Bcause Interferon has extensive anti-vuris activity, anti-tumor activity and powerful immunoloregulation action, it has become hot spot of mary related domains, such as virology, cytology, molecular biology, clinical medicine, immunology and so on. In this paper ,progress was summarized on aspects of gene constitution, action mechanism and genetic engineering, etc.
