摘要 研究了常温下敏化活化一步进行的ABS塑料化学镀镍工艺。分析了敏化活化一步法的优点,讨论了工艺条件对镀层结合力、镀层外观以及镍的沉积速度的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件:粗化为55~65℃ 6min,敏化活化为常温3~4min,化学镀镍为40~50℃ 10min。敏化活化一步法可以提高工作效率,减少酸雾,改善工作环境。 Electroless nickel plating on ABS plastic was studied. In this process, sensitization and activation were completed at one step. The advantages of the above process were analyzed, and the influences of the process conditions on the deposit adhesion, appearance and deposition rate were discussed. The optimal process conditions were determined: roughening for 6 min at 55~65℃ , sensitizing and activating for 3~4 rain at ambient temperature, electroless nickel plating for 10 rain at 40~50℃. One step sensitization and activation can improve the work efficiency, reduce acid mist and improve the working environment.
