摘要
科学技术应用在人类社会发展和进步过程中产生了巨大效应,但这种效应又具有悖论特征。科学技术效应悖论是“科学-技术-社会”(STS)这一复杂系统运动的表现形式,其产生有着深刻的本源内因,对此,我们必须以马克思主义的科学技术价值观,客观公正地分析和评价科技效应悖论,最大限度地降低或消解科学技术的负面效应,积极促进科学技术与人类社会同步发展。
The application of Science and technology has an enormous positive effect on the progress and development of human society. However, this effect is also characterized by a paradox, which embodies the movement of a complex system, science-technology-society （STS）. Profound causes exist in the origin of this effect paradox, thus we must make objective analysis and evaluation for the paradox with scientific attitude and Marxism value viewpoint on Science and technology, then reduce to most extent or eliminate the negative effect in the application of science and technology for the purpose of promoting the development of science and technology in harmony with that of human society.
