中国省域R&D溢出的空间模式研究

An analysis on the spatial pattern of China's provincial R&D spillovers

运用空间计量经济学方法对中国省域R&D溢出的空间模式进行实证分析,结果发现省域R&D知识生产存在空间依赖性,R&D知识溢出是有界的。空间滞后模型说明在其他条件不变的前提下,来自邻近地区的专利每增加1%,本地区专利产出平均增加约0.22%。同时,通过研究分析来自邻近地区的研究与发展的努力对当地知识生产的影响,发现创新活动是随着距离而衰减的。

This paper employs spatial econometrics techniques to make an empirical study of the spatial pattern of China＇ s R＆D spillovers at provincial level. In general, the spatial dependences of provincial R＆D knowledge production are found to be existed, and R＆D spillovers are found to be locally bounded. Under the given conditions, spatial lag model shows that an average increase of 0.22 percent in a regional patent production caused by one percent increase in neighboring regional patent production. Moreover, a decay process of provincial innovation is found to be existed by considering the research effort made by neighboring regions.
