摘要
提出一种检测线性模拟电路参数单故障的新方法。该方法首先采用一种简单的转化程序将待测线性模拟电路转化为离散信号流图,再依照故障模型生成多个诊断求值器,最后根据数字仿真过程中求值器的输出值判定原电路的参数故障。这种方法效率较高,可以节省不少计算时间,后面通过一个例子证明其有效性。
A novel approach for diagnosing signal parametric faults of linear analog circuits is presented in this paper. It first uses a simple transform procedure to change the tested linear circuits info a signal flow graph in discrete domain, and then constructs"diagnosing evaluators", which model the faulty components. Finally, according to the output values of evaluators, it can diagnose the faults during the digital simulation. "lifts method proves to be efficient, i.e. it saves much computation time. In the end, a diagnose example is given to verify its effectiveness.
