摘要
根据水合肼和碳酰肼在400-800℃的中高温段烟气中可能发生的各种反应和反应平衡产物及其浓度,肼类物质可以用于中温段净化垃圾焚烧烟气。计算表明在400-800℃的中高温段,肼类物质对烟气中NOx有很好的还原效果;实验表明,肼类物质的强还原性,还可在氨和其他还原剂不起作用的温度区进行非催化反应还原NOx,预期对二噁英的生成也有抑制作用。
In this paper, the possible reactions of the hydrazine compounds were checked on moderate to high temperature incineration flue gas scrubbing, and the tendency of the reactions were also discussed. To research the possibility of using hydrazine compounds purifying incineration flue gas, the species and the concentration of the products of the equilibrated reactions were calculated according to the principles of the chemical equilibrium. The results indicate that hydrazine performs perfectly in purifying NOx under 400-800℃, and the experimental results also show that hydrazine can react with NOx in the temperature interval where other reducing reagents like ammonia cannot react without catalyst. It is expected that the hydrazine compounds can be effective in restraining dioxins because they would decompose and generate lots of reducing radicals in the fluid gas.
