摘要
在保证X-Y水平方向精度的前提下,采用激光干涉式的三维表面轮廓仪来获取三维表面轮廓信息,然后建立了一种基于OpenGL的三维仿真模型,对三维表面形貌进行了更加真实再现。通过实际的测量,结果表明该模型具有可视化程度高、立体感效果好、信息量足、实用方便的优点。
In this paper, the information of three - dimensional superficial profile is obtained by the laser interference superficial profile instrument, but the precision of the X - Y horizontal direction is ensured firstly. After getting the information of three - dimensional superficial profile, the models of simulation are built, which are based on the technology of OpenGL, and the three - dimensional superficial profile is showed actually. Measuring the real superficial profile, the results show the models are more visual and convenient.
