摘要
槐树坪隧道为浅埋大跨双连拱隧道,隧道上方及周围建筑物较多,为确保隧道开挖爆破不对周围建筑产生不良影响,现场采用UBOX-20016振动信号自记仪对隧道爆破振动进行监测,根据监测结果,对爆破设计进行了优化,采取多打眼,少装药,微差起爆,楔形掏槽等技术控制爆破振动,并根据萨道夫斯基经验公式对隧道通过建筑物下方的最大装药量进行了计算。
There exist a lot of buildings above and around Huaishuping tunnel, which is a double-arched large-span tunnel with shallow overburden. In order to ensure that no adverse impact can be imposed on the surrounding buildings by the blasting excavation of the tunnel, blasting vibration monitoring is performed in the job site by means of UBOX-20016 vibration signal automatic-recording instrument and, on basis of the monitoring results, the blasting design is optimized and such technologies as more shotholes, less charging quantity, millisecond ignition, wedge-shaped cut hole are adopted. Furthermore, the maximum charging quantity for the blasting excavation of the tunnel section under the surface buildings are calculated by means of Sadaovsk empirical formula.
