摘要
中国即将建设全世界第1条±800kV直流输电系统,输电距离在1500km以上,输送功率4500~6400MW。这条直流特高压输电线路途经高海拔、覆冰和严重污染等恶劣的气候条件地区,对输变电设备及线路提出了一系列新的研究课题。特高压直流试验基地建设是特高压工程的一个重要组成部分,是特高压直流输电技术研究的先决条件。特高压直流试验基地将建成:双回直流试验线段、户外试验场地、试验大厅、电晕笼、电磁环境试验场、污秽-低气压-覆冰试验室、绝缘子试验室和避雷器试验室。详细介绍试验基地建设的意义、原则、功能,可进行的研究内容及能力水平,每个试验室的建设规模及设备主要参数。
The first ±800 kV DC transmission system will be building soon in China. Transmission distance is more than 1 500 km, transmission power is 4 500-6 400 MW. The way of this UHV DC transmission line is through the execrable weather area such as higher altitude, ice coating and serious polluting. It brings a series of new research subjects for transmission line and equipments of transmission and transformation. The construction of UHV DC test base station is an important part of UHV project, and is the essential prerequisite of the research of UHV DC transmission technology. There will be DC double-circuit test transmission line, corona cage, outdoor testing site, testing hall, electromagnetic environment simulation testing site, contaminating - sub-atmospheric - ice coating testing laboratory, insulator testing laboratory, and arrester testing laboratory in UHV DC test base station. This paper introduced the construction scheme of test base station, mainly including the meaning, principle, function, the doable research content and the capability of the station, and the construction scale and the primary parameters of test apparatus of every laboratories in detail.
