摘要
为了进行特高压1000kV线路绝缘子选型,对不同类型的大吨位大盘径绝缘子,在不同污秽条件、不同气压下进行了系列的人工污秽试验。试验表明,随着海拔高度的升高,绝缘子的闪络电压会有规律地降低。绝缘子的伞型和污闪电压之间有直接的联系。提出了特高压1000kV交流绝缘子选型建议。建议在轻污秽及中等污秽地区首选三伞型绝缘子,在轻污秽地区,也推荐采用双伞型绝缘子。对于中等及以上的重污秽地区,建议采用复合绝缘子。建议在特高压1000kV上不采用该300kN普通型绝缘子。
In order to select insulator type for the UHV 1000 kV lines, the artificial contamination tests were carried out for different types of insulator under different pressure and in different typical kinds of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD). The test shows that the flashover voltage of polluted insulators regularly decreases with the increasing of the altitude. And there are certain relationships between voltage and the shed shape. At last, the suggestions on insulator type selection for UHV AC 1000 kV transmission lines are put forward. In the low and moderate contamination area, tri-shed insulator is firstly being recommended, and in the low contamination area, double-shed insulator is also being recommended. The moderate and above contamination area, composite insulator are recommended to use. However the normal type 300 kN insulator is not being recommended in the UHV transmission line.
