我国林木良种基地建设与管理现状与对策

Current Status and Countermeasures for the Production Areas of Improved Varieties of Forest Tree

我国林木良种良种使用率“九五”末期为28％，目前提高到43％；基地供种率达到37％，但良种基地建设与管理中还存在一些问题。结合广西、贵州等省（区）林木良种基地建设的现状，分析了基地建设投入机制、总体规划、经营管理、资源收集与保存等问题，并提出了今后林木良种基地建设与管理的对策和建议。

The utilization ratio of improved variety of forest tree has rised to 43% at present from 28% of the end of the Ninth five-year plan, the production areas seed supply rate has reached 37% . But there are some questions in the establishment and management of the production areas of improved varieties of forest tree. According to the today＇s situation of the production areas of improved varieties of forest tree of Guizhou province and Guangxi autonomy region, the paper analyses the problem of input policies, overall plan, management, resource collection and conservation of the production areas establishment, and gives some Countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment and management of the production areas of improved varieties of forest tree in the future.
